Terms & Conditions

Whilst all reasonable care will be taken during the execution of the works, no responsibility can be accepted for any faults or failures that may occur to existing electrical items, structures, fittings, equipment, etc. due to disturbance caused by the proposed works. The quotation is based on a non-intrusive survey of the property and, as such, it is assumed that any existing electrical systems that we connect to are in good condition and in working order. All material and labour requirements are based on the information provided, plans, designs and/or surveys. This may be subject to alterations which are the requirement of the installation to ensure safety and or correct wiring and fitting. Where this occurs the customer/client will be made aware and an alteration/or additional cost will be provided as required. On acceptance of any quotation you are therefore agreeing to allow work to be completed as specified within the quotation and in line with the terms and conditions. You agree to make in full all payments within the timescales specified either within the quotation or invoice. (standard payment terms are within 7 days of completion).
